Advanced MBR & A/O Technology: The Future of Decentralized Wastewater Treatment
Introduction: The Global Demand for Clean Water Solutions

With the rapid development of urbanization and the global focus on environmental protection, effective wastewater management has become a top priority. Whether for rural villages, scenic resorts, hotels, or residential communities without municipal pipe networks, Integrated Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment provides the perfect solution. It transforms polluted water into a reusable resource, protecting our soil and groundwater.
How Does Our Integrated Sewage Treatment System Work?
Our advanced equipment adopts a compact design, integrating multiple treatment stages into a single tank or container. The core process typically combines physical, biological, and chemical methods to ensure stable effluent quality.
Pre-treatment (Screening & Regulation):
Sewage first passes through a grid to remove large suspended solids (like plastics and debris) to prevent clogging. It then enters the regulation tank to balance water quality and quantity, ensuring the system runs smoothly even with fluctuating inflow.Biological Treatment (The Core Stage - A/O or MBR):
This is where the magic happens. We utilize advanced A/O (Anoxic/Oxic) or MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technology.
A/O Process: Microorganisms in the anoxic and oxic zones break down organic pollutants (COD, BOD) and efficiently remove Nitrogen and Phosphorus through nitrification and denitrification.
MBR Technology: By replacing the traditional sedimentation tank with membrane filtration, MBR technology keeps the sludge concentration extremely high. This results in superior effluent quality with near-zero suspended solids (SS), ready for direct reuse.
Solid-Liquid Separation & Disinfection:
After biological degradation, the water undergoes clarification. Finally, it passes through a disinfection unit (using Chlorine Dioxide or UV light) to kill harmful bacteria and viruses, ensuring the treated water meets international discharge or reuse standards (such as irrigation or toilet flushing).
Key Advantages of Our Equipment
Compact Footprint & Flexible Installation: Designed with a modular structure, our equipment takes up only 1/3 to 1/5 of the space required by traditional plants. It can be buried underground (saving land for landscaping) or installed as a container type, making it perfect for areas with limited space.
Fully Automatic & Low Maintenance: Equipped with a smart PLC control system, the equipment can run automatically with minimal supervision. It features low energy consumption (energy-saving blowers) and produces significantly less sludge compared to traditional methods.
High Durability: The main body is constructed from high-quality Carbon Steel with anti-corrosion treatment or Fiberglass (FRP), ensuring a long lifespan even in harsh environments.
Cost-Effective: Factory prefabrication means quick installation (often within 1-2 weeks), saving huge costs on civil engineering and construction time.

Wide Applications
Our domestic sewage treatment equipment is widely used in:
Rural Areas & Villages: Centralized treatment for scattered populations.
Tourism & Hospitality: Hotels, resorts, and campsites in scenic areas.
Public Facilities: Schools, hospitals, highway service areas, and military camps.
Real Estate: Residential quarters and villas independent of municipal networks.
